WHEREAS, the "Author or Agent" has a published book, or other type of literary creation (hereinafter referred to as the "Material") which the "Author or Agent" wants to submit to the "Promoter" to consider for promotion on the "Moments To Treasure Books" web-site at www.momentstotreasure-books.com.

WHEREAS, the "Promoter" is willing to review the "Material", but without obligation or liability.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the foregoing premises, the parties agree as follows:

1. The "Author or Agent" acknowledges that:

1. "Moments To Treasure Books" is a free promotion company, and as such the "Promoter" does not profess to have any interest in the rights to any "Material" submitted. Nor, does the "Promoter" wish to restrict the "Author or Agent" from promoting and selling their "Material" by other third parties as they see fit. *Note: The "Promoter" does, however, recommend that the "Author or Agent" has ensured that a copyright has been secured, in order to protect their "Material" from exploitation by unauthorized individuals.
   
   
2. "Moments To Treasure Books" has just introduced this 'FREE Web page and FREE Hosting promotion', and expects to receive numerous solicited and unsolicited submissions of books, and other literary creations, and that while it is not the "Promoter's" intent to act as a censor, there are only certain types of "Material" that will be accepted for promotion on the "Moments To Treasure Books" web-site. Possible reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to: sexually explicit , pornographic (in our view), violent, or illegal content, sites that promote hate or discrimination.
   
   
3. It is "Moments To Treasure Books" goal to create a web-site that promotes traditional family values, and the "Promoter" has final and deciding authority over which "Material" may be included for promotion on the 'Moments To Treasure Books' web-site.
   
   
4. In order to preserve this policy, the "Author or Agent" by way of submitting this agreement assures that any "Material" they wish to have considered for promotion, to "Moments To Treasure Books" meets the above criteria.

2. The "Author or Agent" acknowledges that:

The "Author or Agent" therefore agrees that "Moments To Treasure Books" review of the "Material" shall not incur any obligation or liability for the "Promoter" to the "Author or Agent" of any kind or nature except as contained in this agreement.

1. Should the "Material" be deemed acceptable, "Moments To Treasure Books" will create a 'FREE promotional Web page', and 'Host it for FREE' on our web-site in order to help you promote your "Material". Further to, it is understood that while your 'FREE promotional Web page' is channeled through, and back linked to, the "Moments To Treasure Books" web-site, the creation of your 'FREE promotional Web page' will create an internet address that is unique to your page. It is also understood that you may use that unique address to promote your "Material", however, unsolicited emails etc. (spamming) will give cause to remove your 'FREE promotional Web page' form the "Moments To Treasure Books" web-site.
   
   
2. With the submitting of this signed Agreement, the "Author or Agent" agrees to adopt the responsibility for their own "Material" by maintaining their own inventory, accepting payment, be it through PayPal or otherwise, and doing their own shipping. Further to, the "Author or Agent" agrees to fulfill all orders for their "Material" in a prompt and timely manner.
   
   
3. Should the "Author or Agent" have their own web site designed to promote their material, Moments To Treasure Books would be pleased to provide a reciprocal link to that web site.
   
   
4. In order to participate in this promotional offer the "Author or Agent" must complete the form below. Please Note: A valid real e-mail is required in order to support verification should the need arise. *Important* Should you have a change of e-mail address, it is a requirement of this agreement that the "Promoter" be notified at your earliest convenience. *Note: Your e-mail address will not be sold, or otherwise given to any type of mailing list by "Moments To Treasure Books".

3. The "Author or Agent" hereby represents and warrants that:

While it is not a prerequesite to submit a physical copy of the material for review, those "Authors or Agents" that choose to submit a copy of any "Material" for consideration:

The "Author or Agent" has the full right to submit the "Material" to "Moments To Treasure Books" for promotion without any liability or obligation to any third party. The "Author or Agent" agrees to indemnify "Moments To Treasure Books" from any claim, demand, suit, loss or expense that may be sustained by the "Promoter" resulting from our review and subsequent promotion of the "Material".

4. This agreement sets forth the complete understanding between "Moments To Treasure Books" and the "Author or Agent" with respect to the subject matter hereof. The "Author or Agent" acknowledges that no representation or promises not expressed in this agreement has been made by "Moments To Treasure Books".

5. This agreement shall inure to the benefit of the parties, until such time it is canceled by written notice by either party.
